Dry Fog System

It's moisture is absorbed into air without getting plants surface and around objects wet.
It is same as cloud so it can float in the air during 5 ~ 30Min.
We called the droplet's size under 20um as DRY FOG but 25um droplet can be float depending to moisture.
If fog can float, we can control it in many ways, moisture, temperature, pest control, foliage dressing, dust removal & odor removing etc.

1. Humidity Control

 

Humidity is the Key of Plant's Growth

Humidity levels in the greenhouse must be as important to growers as temperature.
The problems associated with high humidity are well known, Botrytis, powdery mildew and other fungal problems.
Do you know how is your green house's moisture ?

You can increase Photosynthesis hours to 9Hrs through DRY FOG System.

The pore must be opened to keep the continuous of growth. And humidity must be between 60~80% for the pore to breathe.

* Swirling on air longer
If droplet is sink down, it become to be high humidity. Thus humidity control is impossible.
* No Wet
Under 20um droplet has mobility so it is not attached well owing to it's reactivity.
If droplet hit directly, it's big (Over 40um) and get leaf wet.
* Possible to max. longer spraying Time (Over 10Sec.) and max. shorter spraying stop time (Bellow 3Min.)

On the contrary, in the case of short time spraying and long spraying stop time,

 

  • - Deviation of moisture & temperature became bigger and it cause bad effect to plants.
  • - Droplet size became big so it will be wet.
  • - Under 80% of humidity condition, fungus problem is came up.


Using Tip

  • 1. Advantageous to use Dry Fog System during plant's growth period
  • 2. Avoid using Dry Fog system during fruiting season & colored period
  • 3. Possible to control both for humidity and temperature. But preferred suggestion is humidity control.
  • 4. In winter, you can solve the drying problem by heating system.

2. Natural Cooling

It is easy to heat in wide place or greenhouse but it is hard to cool down.
20um dry fog by Dry Fog system let the temperature be low through it's evaporation before falling down to land.
Cooling by DRY FOG system is very efficient for greenhouse, dairy cows, swinery & poultry, variety industries & storage and indoor & outdoor.

In Summer season, DRY FOG system reduce temperature and meet suitable growth temperature for plants.
